Henry is the Founder of climate solutions firm Greenpoint Advisors and serves Venture Partner to the London based climate-focused venture capital firm Transition.

Previously, Henry was at 38 North Solutions where he oversaw the firm’s engagement with deep technology clients. Henry joined 38 North after 8 years as the head of policy and advocacy at leading U.S. venture capital firm, Capricorn Investment Group, where he worked with the management teams of some of the world’s most iconic clean technology companies.

Over the years, Henry has leveraged his network in the clean technology industry and the climate activism world to reach important milestones for the development of clean energy and electric transportation both in America and globally. He has led and has been involved in a number of transformative climate campaigns to establish EV mandates and incentives, to shut down coal plants and to help large corporations transition away from loss-making fossil fuel businesses. In the course of his investment career, Henry has helped raise over two billion dollars for clean technology investments, across several venture capital funds and funding rounds for deep technology companies.

Prior to his work in sustainable investments, Henry was a strategy consultant at Boston Consulting Group and at Oliver Wyman, where he focused on the financing of infrastructure in emerging markets, in particular renewable energy projects.

Henry is a graduate of Ecole Normale Superieure (Ulm), where he majored in history. Henry also has a masters in contemporary history from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and masters in management from ESCP Business School in Paris.

A dual U.S. and French citizen, Henry served as a reserve officer in the French Marine Infantry and was deployed to Afghanistan in 2007 alongside US troops, as part of the NATO contingent.

In addition to his commitment to the climate cause, Henry is dedicated to helping veterans as they transition to civilian life. He sits on the board of the Veteran Leadership Development Group, an organization that provides professional and peer support to post 9/11 veterans.
